When the head feels heavy.

After long days at a screen, or a long flight, the head can feel heavy and the neck and shoulders tight.

Often it is the same day the lower back feels heavy too.

Namikoshi shiatsu is built as a full-body sequence, from the head, neck and shoulders down through the back, lower back and legs.

You are welcome to mention both.

Even the 60-minute course covers the whole body.

With 90 or 120 minutes we give more time to the areas you name.

We decide the balance in a short consultation before the session.

If you have a severe or sudden headache, or one with nausea, dizziness or numbness, please see a physician first.

Shiatsu here is practised under the Japanese national licence of Anma Massage Shiatsu Practitioner. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a physician.
