Has fatigue been accumulating
in your eyes from long hours at a screen?

Smartphones, computers, hours of sustained screen work —
the muscles around the eyes, temples, back of the head, and neck and shoulders
gradually tighten, building into heaviness and fatigue deep behind the eyes.

Namikoshi Shiatsu addresses that tension quietly, with hands alone.
No tools, no machines, no medications —
sustained pressure on the body's vital points, grounded in physiology and anatomy,
to support the body's own natural balance.

Shiatsu on the head, neck, and eye area, performed by a nationally licensed therapist

Hands only —
nationally licensed practitioners.

Namikoshi Shiatsu uses no tools, no machines, and no medications.
Nationally licensed Anma Massage Shiatsu Therapists apply sustained pressure
to the body's vital points — mapped through physiology and anatomy — using only the fingers and palms.

Eye fatigue is closely connected to tension in the neck, shoulders, and back of the head.
The therapist works through the vital points around the eyes, head, neck, and shoulders together —
easing the accumulated tension throughout those connected areas.
Depth and rhythm are adjusted throughout the session based on your condition.

"Around the eyes — gently, please." "The neck and head as well." —
please let your therapist know at any point.

All practitioners hold the national Anma Massage Shiatsu Therapist license.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which session length is recommended when my eyes feel tired?
For those who wish to ease eye fatigue along with the related tension in the neck, shoulders, and back of the head, we recommend the 90-minute or 120-minute course. The 60-minute session also works well for focused attention to the eyes, head, and neck, but if you would like the whole body addressed in connection, the longer courses are a better fit. Please feel free to ask when booking.
Does Shiatsu hurt?
Shiatsu uses gradual, sustained pressure with the fingers and palms only. The pressure level is adjusted to your comfort at all times — please let the therapist know if you would like it lighter or firmer. There is no need to endure discomfort.
Can I come between computer or phone work sessions?
Yes. You are welcome to come in your everyday clothes. A gown is provided at the salon, so there is no concern about your work attire. Many guests visit during their lunch break or after work.
Can I also discuss my shoulders, neck, and head — not just my eyes?
Yes. Eye fatigue is closely connected to tension in the neck, shoulders, and back of the head. Your therapist will address the vital points in those areas together. Lower-back tension and whole-body fatigue are also welcome topics during the counselling before your session.
How do I make a reservation for my first visit?
Please call us at +81-3-3581-7354. Walk-ins are welcome if a slot is available — please call ahead on the day to check. For first-time visitors, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time to complete a brief intake form.
Do I need to be staying at the Imperial Hotel?
No. Both hotel guests and outside visitors are welcome. The salon is on the Mezzanine floor of the Imperial Hotel Tokyo Main Building — please come directly to the salon reception.

Start with a phone call.

Walk-ins welcome if space allows.
