We look forward to welcoming you to Namikoshi Shiatsu Salon — the original home of Shiatsu, on the mezzanine floor of the Imperial Hotel Tokyo.

How to reserve (in English)

The easiest way to book in English is by email. Please write to info@namikoshi-shiatsu.co.jp and include:

  • Your preferred date and time
  • Course length (60, 90, or 120 minutes)
  • Number of guests
  • Your name

We will reply to confirm your reservation. Telephone reservations are also welcome at +81-3-3581-7354; English assistance is available.

11:00–19:00 (last reception). Open every day of the year.

Imperial Hotel Tokyo, Main Building, Mezzanine floor. 1-1-1 Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

1-minute walk from Hibiya Station (Exit A13) · 3-minute walk from Uchisaiwaicho Station (Exit A7).

Before your visit

  • Every session takes place in a private room.
  • A gown is provided — there is no need to bring anything special; please come as you are.
  • All of our practitioners are nationally licensed (Anma Massage Shiatsu Therapist).
  • English assistance is available.

Pricing

Private room, tax included.

  • 60 minutes — ¥16,500
  • 90 minutes — ¥22,600
  • 120 minutes — ¥28,600

Sessions performed by the third- or fourth-generation Namikoshi are offered at a Master rate.

Shiatsu here is intended for relaxation and the easing of physical and mental tension; it is not a medical treatment.

We hope to share with you the Shiatsu that the Namikoshi family has carried since 1925.

FAQ

What should I wear?

Shiatsu is performed in a gown. Gowns are provided at the salon — there is no need to bring anything special.

Can I walk in without a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome if a slot is available. We recommend calling ahead to confirm. Hours: 11:00–19:00 (last reception), open daily.

Do I need to be staying at the Imperial Hotel?

No. Both hotel guests and outside visitors are welcome to book.

Is English assistance available?

English assistance is available. Please contact us in advance if English communication is a concern.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and other payment methods.

How do I get to the salon?
