Between shopping and meetings —
shiatsu at its source.

Yurakucho is a district where shopping and business share the same afternoon.
Tired legs from walking the shops, a neck and shoulders set hard by your desk and phone —
shiatsu sits within a short walk, easy to reach before or after a meeting, shopping bags and all.

Namikoshi Shiatsu Salon is not one school or one method among many.
It is the home of the family that gave the word and the technique of shiatsu to the world.
No oil, no machines — only the palm and thumb, leaning body weight into a slow, steady press.
Because you stay fully clothed, it fits naturally into a day of errands or work.

There are many places in Yurakucho to simply get rubbed.
There is only one place to receive shiatsu at its source, by the hands of the family who created it.

All practitioners hold the national Anma Massage Shiatsu Therapist license.

Can I come between shopping or meetings?
Yes. Shiatsu is received fully clothed, so it fits easily into a short break in your day. Even in a limited time, we work to soften tension in the shoulders and back and help your body relax. We are open 11:00–19:00 (last reception), every day of the year.

We use the palm and thumb to slowly ease the tension that builds up from desk work and long days on your feet. Before we begin, we ask about how your body feels and adjust the pressure to you. Please note that shiatsu is not medical treatment; if you have severe pain or a condition that needs care, please consult a medical professional.
